2017 “Les Villages” Chardonnay
VQA Niagara Peninsula
$34.95

The “Les Villages” style of pulling the best grapes of a single varietal from multiple vineyards results in this complex yet harmonious expression. Beautiful layers of butter, lemon and minerality greet the nose and palate. Pair with sole meuniere or seared scallops.

2017 “Les Villages” Gamay Noir
VQA Niagara Peninsula
$22.95

Sourced from vineyards predominantly in Vineland, this aged and finely-perfumed wine shows red berry fruits with candied notes, plum, earth and stone. It’s elegant and textured and will sing with picnic fare like patésoft cheeses and ham paninis.

2017 “Les Villages” Pinot Noir
VQA Niagara Peninsula
$34.95

In line with the laser focus that is synonymous with Bachelder’s wines, this pinot noir is precision-driven. Aged 20 months in Burgundian oak, luscious aromatics of red and black fruit lead to a savoury finish. Pair this silky, refined red with chicken Dijon or Japanese sukiyaki.
