Ripasso and Appassimento winemaking methods were applied in this bold blend of cabernets, merlot, and syrah. The wine has a delectable richness and concentration characterized by ripe black fruit, earth, and eastern baking spice. Pairs beautifully with fennel and sausage orecchiette.
