A saignée that is as pretty in the glass as it is on the palate. Gorgeous strawberry, rhubarb and citrus finishes with a vanilla swirl and touch of spice from ten months of oak aging. Only 40 cases made. Pair with tangy chickpea salad and seafood paella.
