The orange hue in this picnic dream comes from extended skin contact with chardonnay and pinot noir grapes. Wild yeast brings an extra funk to the zesty palate of citrus, strawberry, cantaloupe and green herbs. Bring on the cold cuts, summer salads and hot dogs.
