There’s so much complexity in this wine, you might not recognize it as merlot. Ripe plum, chocolate, cassis and black olive — this wine is fruit forward, concentrated and multi-layered. Pair with rich fall meaty fare.
2017 Stratus Sauvignon Blanc

Sancerre in style, but resolutely Stratus in execution. It helps that winemaker JL Groux hails from the Loire. An elegant, refined wine with tropical tones and a clean and stony character. Pair with ceviches and grilled white fish.
2017 Stratus Botrytis Semillon

A very rare wine from Stratus. This wine is sweet, but it’s not really a dessert wine. Laser precise with fresh apple, citrus, pineapple, marmalade and honeycomb. Pair with blue cheese, rich terrines and foie gras, or sweet and sour stir fry.
